You'll take ownership of large-scale rooftop projects across solar, battery storage, and EV charging, ensuring they're delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and profitability. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, from site visits to commercial operation
  • Oversee portfolios of solar, battery, and EV charging projects
  • Manage client relationships, contractors, and grid operators to ensure smooth delivery
  • Drive projects to completion on time, on budget, and to industry-leading standards
  • Optimise performance and client ROI across multiple energy projects
  • Provide strategic oversight, ensuring projects align with wider business goals

What You'll Bring

  • Strong background in renewable energy, with experience in rooftop solar PV (MUST HAVE), battery storage and EV charging
  • Expertise in programme, project, or construction management
  • Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets, contracts, and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams
  • Rigorous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence
  • Motivated, ambitious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment
