About the Role
A senior leadership role within a rapidly growing renewable energy business. You'll take ownership of large-scale rooftop projects across solar, battery storage, and EV charging, ensuring they're delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and profitability. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, from site visits to commercial operation
- Oversee portfolios of solar, battery, and EV charging projects
- Manage client relationships, contractors, and grid operators to ensure smooth delivery
- Drive projects to completion on time, on budget, and to industry-leading standards
- Optimise performance and client ROI across multiple energy projects
- Provide strategic oversight, ensuring projects align with wider business goals
What You'll Bring
- Strong background in renewable energy, with experience in rooftop solar PV (MUST HAVE), battery storage and EV charging
- Expertise in programme, project, or construction management
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets, contracts, and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams
- Rigorous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence
- Motivated, ambitious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment
