Surveyor - Property Management

Join a forward-thinking property management team making a real impact. My client is looking for a Surveyor to manage a portfolio of commercial properties, delivering high-quality service and building strong relationships with occupiers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of properties, including service charge oversight, compliance, and occupier engagement
• Coordinate planned works and maintenance with internal teams
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and lease obligations
• Support client onboarding/offboarding and due diligence for acquisitions
• Contribute to a positive occupier experience through meetings and place-making initiatives

About You:

• Experienced in commercial property management
• Experienced in Managing Service Charge Budgets
• Comfortable reading leases and handling compliance matters
• RICS qualified or working towards it (preferred, not essential)
• A team player who aligns with inclusive, people-first values
