- Respond to RFIs, technical queries, and drawing/comments workflows in a timely and commercially aware manner.
- Support quality assurance processes, including review of benchmarks, sample apartments, façade interfaces, common parts, and finishing standards.
- Contribute to design risk reviews and support compliance with health and safety obligations, including design-stage coordination under CDM where relevant.
- Help maintain document control standards, revision management, drawing registers, and audit trails for all technical information.
- Review accessibility, space planning, and apartment layouts in line with relevant UK residential requirements and best practice, including where applicable London Plan, NDSS, and M4 standards often seen on residential schemes.
- Support handover documentation, O&M information coordination, snagging close-out, and production/review of as-built records.
- Prepare and coordinate feasibility layouts, massing studies ("jelly moulds"), and early-stage technical assessments to support acquisition, planning, and development appraisal activities.
