Technology Business Partner (12-Month FTC)
Role Overview
This role acts as the bridge between Technology and the wider business, ensuring systems, applications, and digital solutions align with operational objectives and user needs. You will translate business requirements into actionable technology deliverables, support solution design and testing, and champion process improvements that drive efficiency, innovation, and long-term value.

The organisation delivers landmark commercial and mixed-use assets and combines strong financial backing with a collaborative culture that empowers individuals to influence outcomes and shape strategic initiatives.
Role Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships across business functions to align technology solutions with operational needs.
* Gather and document requirements, translating business objectives into clear technical specifications.
* Collaborate with development and service teams to design and deliver optimal system solutions.
* Support solution testing, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and facilitate demonstrations.
* Deliver training and produce user documentation to support system adoption.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive technology-enabled efficiencies.
* Participate in prioritisation and backlog planning sessions with stakeholders.
* Ensure application-related support issues are resolved in line with agreed SLAs.
Role Requirements
* Experience working within business analysis, technology partnering, or similar roles.
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and system testing methodologies.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills.
* Analytical, structured thinker with strong problem-solving capability.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with core business systems and tools (e.g., Microsoft applications; Jira advantageous).
