About the Role

My client is on the look out for an experienced or recently qualified MRICS Valuation Surveyor to join their team in Manchester. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to join an energetic team who deliver outstanding valuation advisory solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of accurate, competent valuation advice on all types of assets.
  • Manage existing valuation mandates and develop relationships to attract new business.
  • Conduct a mix of regular mandates, loan security, and acquisition valuations.
  • Provide valuation reports and strategic advice to a diverse client base.
  • Execute instructions independently with minimal supervision.
  • Build a strong profile in the marketplace by developing client relationships.

Ideal candidate:

  • RICS Registered Valuer or Level 3 Valuation at APC.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
