About Me

A career in recruitment

Having worked within recruitment since 2017, I bring a consultative, relationship-led approach to everything I do. I take the time to understand the distinct cultures, goals, and challenges of both clients and candidates - ensuring my placements are aligned for long-term success. Whether I’m guiding a graduate through their first role or helping a business scale with senior talent, my focus is always on providing thoughtful, tailored recruitment solutions.

My career to date has included leading hiring strategies, managing recruitment teams, and building key client accounts across a range of industries. My international experience has equipped me with a broad perspective and the adaptability to navigate dynamic markets.

A focus on EIA, Planning and Renewables

At Cobalt, I specialise in placing professionals within Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Transport Planning, and the wider infrastructure and renewables sectors. I work closely with consultancies and planning firms across the UK to help them build teams that are shaping more sustainable, connected communities.

With an academic background in Psychology - including an Honours Degree in Psychology for Professional Contexts - my approach is people-led and purpose-driven. I’m passionate about matching people with not only the right roles, but with environments where they can thrive. For me, recruitment is about more than hiring, it's about building trust, offering strategic insight, and becoming a long-term partner in someone’s professional journey.

My life outside of recruitment

Outside of work, I find joy in life’s simple moments - my first cup of coffee, discovering a new place to explore, or watching my eldest daughter on the football pitch. You may also find me playing Super Mario on the Nintendo Switch with my youngest daughter, planning our next family holiday with my husband, or enjoying a night at the theatre. I also enjoy puzzles and never turn down a competitive board game!
