A background in recruitment operations

I’ve had over a decade of experience in recruitment, including seven years in operational leadership, bringing a deep understanding of how to make recruitment businesses run efficiently and at peak performance. I've worked across a diverse range of recruitment sectors, including Construction, Social Housing, Legal, and Renewable Energy, and have experience in companies ranging from start-ups to established industry leaders.

My approach is highly process-driven - I thrive on identifying inefficiencies and implementing smart, scalable solutions. Whether it's streamlining operations, optimising systems, or enhancing internal workflows, I apply a consistent methodology to ensure everything runs smoothly and effectively.

I’m well-versed in most of the market-leading recruitment platforms and technologies, and I’m passionate about helping leverage these tools to their full potential.

Life outside of operations in recruitment

Outside of work, I’m a dedicated foodie, film buff, and football fan. My weekends are usually spent exploring new restaurants, going on cycling trips, and walking my dog.
