A career in recruitment, specialising in real estate

I have over 15 years of recruitment experience across different sectors. After two years working in the technology sector, I was asked to set up an Executive Search division focusing on the residential property sector, spending the next seven years working with housebuilders, placing candidates in Director and board-level roles.

Now at Cobalt, I use that experience to have a positive impact on the careers of those with Real Estate & Infrastructure Debt, in roles like Business Development Manager, Fund Manager, Private Equity and Principal Investor, and Analyst.

Outside of work, I...

My passion is rowing. As well as coaching juniors at my local club, I coach for All Aboard Youth Rowing, which introduces disadvantaged children to the sport.
