My background in recruitment

With over two decades in recruitment and almost three quarters of that time spent at Cobalt, it is fair to say that I’m passionate about both the profession and this wonderful company, which is why I am so pleased to have returned as Executive Chair after a few years away.

My role at Cobalt

I support the executive leadership team, providing direction and challenge where appropriate, and holding us all to account, in order to ensure that we are a brilliant business that everyone enjoys being part of.

Outside of work, I spend my time...

With my fantastic family, supporting Morecambe FC, spending time with good friends, travelling, following current affairs, and taking part in the occasional silly adventure.
