With over two decades in recruitment and almost three quarters of that time spent at Cobalt, it is fair to say that I’m passionate about both the profession and this wonderful company, which is why I am so pleased to have returned as Executive Chair after a few years away.

I aim to support Stephen and his team, challenge where appropriate, and hold us all to account, to ensure we are a brilliant business that everyone enjoys being part of.

With my fantastic family, supporting Morecambe FC, spending time with good friends, travelling, following current affairs, and taking part in the occasional silly adventure.
