Beginning my recruitment career placing candidates across property and real estate services, I have developed a solid understanding of real estate assets, helping me recruit more effectively for roles in real estate investment and financial services today.
What I work on now at Cobalt
Since 2023, my focus has been placing individuals into front-office investment roles across top-tier investment banks, funds, advisors and developers. I have a track record of placing individuals from Analyst to Director-level across multiple real estate asset classes.
Why I love what I do
One of my favourite elements of my job is helping people secure fulfilling and exciting new roles. A new job can genuinely change your life, and being part of that journey is incredibly rewarding for me.
What I do outside of work
I’m originally from Yorkshire, so outside of work I’m often doing exactly what you’d expect: getting out of the city to go for long walks in the countryside. I spend a lot of time keeping active and love swimming and Pilates. Lately, I’ve also been making a conscious effort to swap doom-scrolling for a good book (with varying degrees of success!).
