I’ve recently joined Cobalt as a Senior Consultant, bringing three years’ specialist finance recruitment experience across Healthcare, Public Sector, Charity and Commerce & Industry. I’m now excited to apply my expertise to the property and real estate sector, delivering high-quality permanent and contract placements for Cobalt's clients.

What I Do

I work with property and real estate organisations to source and place exceptional finance professionals. Drawing on my experience, I provide end-to-end support – from understanding client needs to delivering the right talent in finance, accounting and commercial roles.

I’m passionate about delivering recruitment solutions through genuine, consultative conversations. The best outcomes come from open, honest dialogue that truly uncovers client needs and helps organisations build stronger teams.

Outside of Work

When I’m not recruiting, you’ll find me rock climbing, playing guitar, listening to music, or watching football (Liverpool FC fan for life).
