Recruiting for Real Estate
I previously graduated from my master’s in human resource management, gaining an interest in recruitment and developing my knowledge and skills within the Real Estate industry off the back of this. I currently recruit the best talent in the real estate market. I work with both large and boutique consultancy and client-side organisations to assist with their hiring requirements. This can range from junior-level roles to senior roles such as partner level. I connect with both qualified MRICS/CFA candidates and part qualified APC surveyors. I recruit across all asset classes. The different roles I recruit for range from Asset Managers, Property Managers, Investment Managers, Development Managers, Analysts, Valuations and Leasing.
Building long-term relationships
I enjoy creating and building long-term relationships with both my candidates and clients, to ensure I am understanding and catering to their needs and requirements to the best of my ability.
Travelling, Chelsea FC Fan and Netflix
In my free time outside of work, I thoroughly enjoy spending time with my close friends and family. Usually, this involves eating out or travelling and engaging in fun activities! I am also a huge Chelsea FC fan and enjoy watching football in general. If I am not doing any of the stuff above, then I'm watching Netflix!
