Graduation, talent and expansion

After graduating from the University of Kent with a degree in History, I jumped into the recruitment world. My job is to assist in growing the business by sourcing, meeting, and hiring new talent into Cobalt. As our culture is at the heart of the company it’s important that our standards are upheld when hiring. We have exciting plans to expand the company this year, and I am very much looking forward to playing a key role in this.

Travelling, food and sun

Cobalt’s unlimited annual leave is right up my street as I am a total sun seeker, I love to travel as much as I can, learn about different cultures and divulge in all the local cuisines as well as having to use a good SPF for obvious reasons.
