My role at Cobalt
My role at Cobalt involves overseeing the Finance team globally, pulling together the results of each of our regions to inform group strategy. I love my work at Cobalt as it offers me a great amount of variety, with not one day being the same. For me the people you work with is also a really important part of any role and I can honestly say I really do enjoy the interactions I have with colleagues, suppliers and advisers across various countries.
My approach to work
My approach to work is to be ambitious and always look at ways to improve and automate what we do. As Cobalt shares this mindset, with there often being various projects and growth initiatives ongoing at any one time it truly makes it a motivational and exciting place to work!

The best thing about working at Cobalt is the collaborative nature in the business and culture of sharing and teamwork. Not every role sits in one neat little box within my own industry sector, and it’s a good feeling to be able to count on colleague’s support and expertise when you need it most.
