Leading Cobalt globally

I lead Cobalt globally across our three regions in the UK, US and Germany. My background is in finance, and I have diverse commercial experience including strategy and communications consultancy, major event delivery and healthcare.

Working with inspiring and energetic Cobaltians

I have been with the business since 2014, and have seen us grow over 200% in that time! It’s safe to say that my job is more complicated now than it was then, but it has been and continues to be, a real privilege to work with inspiring and energetic Cobaltians from all around the world.

Truly diverse global company

I love it that we have a truly diverse, global company, but common values that ties us together and guide how we interact with our clients, candidates and each other day-to-day. Whether that’s in Berlin (coolest inhabitants), New York (biggest buildings – by some distance!) or London (best football team) we are all Cobalt.
