My career in recruitment launched as an Executive Researcher at a highly regarded executive search firm, serving the property and construction industry. Specialising in the mid-tier market, I consistently delivered against the firm’s most challenging mandates for global construction consultancies, specialists and client-side organisations.
Fostering success in Town Planning and Development Recruitment
Keen to build on Cobalt’s long-standing reputation of successfully supporting the real estate sector, I am delighted to be aiding the team by placing Town Planning and Development professionals across the UK. Actively recruiting across local planning authorities, planning consultancies, developers and client-side organisations, I enjoy building high-performing businesses.

I am particularly interested in promoting town planning and residential development at junior level to increase awareness of the sector and contribute to the growth of the industry.
