Accounts Payable Clerk - Temp to perm

Paying between £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Cobalt is working with a market-leading Real Estate investment manager who is looking for an interim Senior Accounts Payable individual to join their team, on a contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Inputting invoices

• Processing invoices from initially loading them on the property management system to matching, batching and coding them

• Frequent payment runs including BACS and CHAPS runs

• Setting up new suppliers on the system

• Liaising with suppliers via phone and email to resolve queries quickly and efficiently

• Opportunity to assist with preparing the management accounts, including accruals, prepayments and journals

• Real Estate knowledge beneficial

• Excellent communicator

• Strong attention to detail
