Client-Side Acquisitions Project Manager

Cobalt have the pleasure of exclusively working with a leading, private hospitality investment and development business in London. With an impressive and expanding portfolio of assets across the UK and Europe, this firm specialises in the investment, acquisition, redevelopment, and delivery of innovative apart-hotel buildings.

This close-knit acquisitions and development team has expanded organically since their inception and due to an increased workload and further plans to increase the portfolio, our client has asked us to source a talented and driven Acquisitions Project Manager, ideally with experience in Hospitality real estate

The Role

The successful applicant will need to be a quick thinker and able to hit the ground running. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of the acquisition cycle, managing the internal teams and ensuing deal-milestones are achieved, managing key stakeholders including; legal, design, accounting, construction and tax and ensuring the acquisitions teams are delivering to time, quality and cost across the portfolio.

Our client requires someone with proven experience in hospitality real estate and has a solid understanding of the development life cycle as well as clear knowledge of property acquisitions and real estate investment.

This is a hybrid position. Our client requires a Project Manager/Development Manager that focuses on internal team management, programme management, stakeholder management and strategy delivery. This is not the role for a hands-on, construction Project Manager.

Remuneration:

£45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits

Requirements:

·Experience working for a Consultancy or Developer

·Detailed knowledge of property, real estate, and acquisitions

·Ideally worked in the hospitality sector of real estate

·Management of CRM systems essential

·Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
