My client are a global real estate and investment company who are looking for an asset administrator work on site in South London. The primary function of this position is to provide administrative support to the asset management team to ensure the smooth day to day operations of the portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity not to be missed. You will be required to; assist in supervising the managing agent on the development, liaise with internal teams, support on the mobilisation of new assets, maintain financial control of projects as well as carrying out a number of administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities;

  • Attending meetings

  • Creating documentation and reports

  • Liaising with contractors and suppliers

  • Forecasting and service charge approval

  • Assisting the project finance team in administering project budget

Key skills;

  • Strong IT skills

  • Great customer service skills

  • Able to manage a number of tasks at once

  • Previous administration and report experience

  • Confident in working to tight deadlines
