This is an excellent opportunity to join a regional investor, who own a number of assets across Greater Manchester. The appointed Asset Manager will be responsible for driving and assisting with the strategic direction of the portfolio.

Key duties will include:

• Develop strategies to enhance the assets within the portfolio, reviewing budgets and financial plans

• Oversee refurbishment projects, taking a lead as to when the projects are due to go live and ensuring completion on time and within budget

• Monitor and approve all transactions to ensure they are in line with portfolio targets

• Work closely with the finance team to ensure that all deals are appropriately appraised

• Accurately maintain all data records for each asset

• Play an internal client role on valuations

• Manage and set service charge budgets for all properties
