Asset Manager

A highly value add driven and entrepreneurial Investment Management firm are seeking an Asset Manager to identify and execute strategic duties across a diverse portfolio encompassing office, industrial, retail, and alternative operational assets.

Key day-to-day Asset Management responsibilities include:

​

• Identifying and executing a variety of cap ex strategies to outperform benchmarks across the portfolio - which includes refurbishments, redevelopments, leasing, and insight into the investment process

• Executing capital expenditure strategies and maximising rental income via regears and lease renewals.

• Innovating with asset management initiatives, focusing on ESG and the futureproofing of assets.

• Responsibility for leasing and placemaking across assets within the portfolio.

• Ability to financial appraise asset performance using Excel, in addition to challenging the financial models of the Analyst team.

Key requirements:

• Excellent written and communication skills.

• Ability to work as a team.

• Interest in forward-thinking strategies, particularly in relation to ESG.

• Previous strategic experience which has added value across a number of assets.
