A very well established international Fund is looking for a dynamic Asset Manager.
The Asset Manager joining their team will be working directly with the Fund Manager and will be responsible for the value add Asset Management of £350m AUM within the fund. The fund has enjoyed substantial growth recently and is expected to keep growing in the upcoming years, which is why a forward-thinking Asset Manager will be crucial in this position.
Duties:
Taking responsibility for initiating, managing and delivering refurbishment works to maximise asset performance
Playing a key role in the growth of the portfolio
Manage third party agencies and all relevant stakeholders in a professional manner
Leasing and regearing leases to optimise asset performance and subsequently rental income
Travelling UK-wide to visit properties within the portfolio
Person specifications:
MRICS qualified
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to work with Excel models
Comfortable with presenting to internal boards and external stakeholders
Salary:
£65-80k plus discretionary bonus and excellent benefits.
The office is based in Central London, however the team are currently working from home and are able to work flexibly in the future.
