We are working with our client in Gloucestershire to further strengthen their planning team with the addition of an experienced Planner that can take up a key leadership role within a growing office. The team have a fantastic reputation and bring forward an array of challenging projects on behalf of an established and high-quality client base.
The Associate Director/Director will have an integral role in the delivery of planning success for a varied client base that includes house builders, retailers, private individuals, public sector organisations and developers as well as being tasked with also generating new work streams and assisting in the day-to-day management of the office and growth of the team.

As a leader within the Gloucestershire office you shall be afforded ample support from junior Planners and the business support team to focus upon generating new business development opportunities; whilst there is a growing workload within the consultancy it is essential you are passionate about being a work winner.
The ideal Associate Director/Director will be able to demonstrate their experience of winning and handling projects on behalf of a varied client base and private sector experience is essential. Your responsibilities include the management of junior team members and therefore previous experience of this shall be highly beneficial whilst you can also demonstrate you possess excellent communication skills. Chartered membership of the RTPI is also essential.
