Associate Residential Valuation Surveyor (FTC)

A UK real estate consultancy is seeking an Associate or Senior Valuations Surveyor for a fixed term maternity cover contract (potential to go permanent).

You will be valuing a residential portfolio covering some a mixture of build to rent and high end property portfolios for a variety of clients and purposes.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing clients with excellent valuation and investment advise and carrying out accurate valuation calculations and reports.

• Reporting to financial institutions.

• Assisting with growing the team revenue and client base and building strong relationships with both existing and new clients.

• Mentoring junior team members.

Essential Requirements:

• Member of RICS

• Outstanding attention to detail and report writing skills

• Good IT competencies and organisational abilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Salary £45,000-£52,000 + car allowance and benefits
