BIS Data Manager

Company Overview

Cobalt is once again delighted to be working closely with a well-respected, market leader within Property Consultancy. Based in central London the business is consistently growing from strength to strength and is looking for a well-rounded BIS Data Manager to support the business with regards to a large-scale implementation project internally. The role will also be responsible for cleansing existing data within the firm systems to ensure it is accurate and complete ahead of migration to a new system.

The Role

• Working closely with the Head of Compliance to review and define the client onboarding process including conflict checking, Know Your Client (KYC), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.

• Create one process that covers all areas of the firm and work with the Head of Compliance to promote the process and ensure that it is followed.

• Be the point of contact within the business for all conflict checking, KYC, and AML checks

• Be responsible for the sign from all Conflict, KYC & AML checks to ensure that they have the required detail for all internal stakeholders within the business

• Update the appropriate systems with the client and/or job information and confirmation that the onboarding checks have been completed.

• A review/audit of existing jobs data within the firm's systems, working with department stakeholders to update any incomplete records

Key Requirements

• Previous experience within a similar Professional Services/ Real Estate business is required

• Must be a strong communicator and able to work closely with various teams internally

• Able to prioritise and manage a large workload.

• Must be self-motivated needing a little day-to-day management.
