Role: Leasehold Property Manager

Salary: £34,000 - £36,000

Location: South East London/Kent

This is the opportunity to join a long-standing firm that will give you the support and guidance to become a true specialist within your field.

As a block manager for this company, your key responsibilities will include:

• Looking after a portfolio all located in the South East London area

• Maintenance of the buildings and communal areas

• Liaising with contractors regarding maintenance and major works

• Site visits to ensure good building condition

• Managing onsite staff, including concierge, cleaners and maintenance

• Maintaining health and safety regulations and legislation

• Producing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio
