They are seeking a talented and motivated Block Manager to join their dynamic team at the Oxford Circus office. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a leading firm with a commitment to professional development and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of residential blocks, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of service.
Client Relations: Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure financial efficiency.
Compliance: Ensure all properties are compliant with current legislation and health and safety standards.
Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance and repair work, liaising with contractors and service providers.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports for clients and senior management, providing insights and updates on property performance.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in block management or a similar property management role.
Strong knowledge of property management legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., IRPM, RICS) are advantageous but not essential.
