Do you have notable experience within the BTR industry and an ambition for providing exceptional customer service?

Located in a thriving East London location, our client is looking to bring on a new member to their property management team to help with their ever-increasing Build to Rent portfolio.

Your responsibilities:

• Effectively liaising with tenants

• On-site management of new build residential units

• Work with your team to provide the highest quality of service

• Helping with property maintenance

• Liaising with the block management team

• Assisting with lettings during the lease-up phase

• Help the occupants have the best experience possible

• Invoice management and processing

• Deposit negotiation and distribution

• Compliance checks and property inspections

• Check-ins and check-outs
