Are you an Assistant Building Manager looking to step-up into a Building Manager position?

If so, Cobalt is working closely with a global leader in real estate on a quirky Building Manager
position where you will take on the management of 160,000 Sq Ft of multi-tenanted commercial office space with F&B units too.

You will manage both soft and hard FM services throughout the building being the direct line manager for front of house, security, cleaning and M&E team members, managing their KPI's and SLA's, as well as providing a 5 star service for the blue-chip tenants.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring full H&S compliance throughout the building.

• Liaising with key stakeholders including occupiers and the client to deliver a top tier total FM service.

• Directly line managing the work of both hard and soft FM services.

• Overseeing a comprehensive planned and reactive maintenance service.

• Setting and managing service charge budgets of £1,000,000+

• Promoting sustainability throughout the development.

As the successful applicant, you'll be able to demonstrate leading and shaping a modern Building Management service in a large-scale commercial asset previously. An IOSH or NEBOSH is essential, as is experience managing a multi-let asset including plant rooms and common areas. You'll match your hard service and technical knowledge with a service-driven approach to your work.
