Cobalt is working with one of the most creative and dynamic renovation specialists who are known for their innovative restorations of rundown assets and turning them into top tier workspaces.
Due to an internal promotion, they are seeking a Building Manager to join their forward-thinking team to manage a 40,000 Sq Ft unique workplace in Bristol.
If you are a Building Manager looking for a more creative way of management, to be involved with a focused approach to tenant engagement then this is for you.
Key responsibilities within this role will include:
Ensuring full compliance with regulations relating to health, safety, and security.
Undertaking regular inspections of the building and instructing repairs where required.
Setting and managing service charge budgets.
Building and maintaining professional relationships with occupiers to deliver a first-class FM service.
Monitoring the progress of works of both hard and soft services, whilst liaising with contractors to ensure company standards are being met.
Represent the company by being a key contact for client(s), suppliers, staff and tenants, and all stakeholders within the property for which the FM is responsible.
