Building Manager

Cobalt have just been instructed on a Building Manager position for one of the UK's leading property companies based in the borough of Westminster.

In this exciting opportunity you will be working on a newly refurbished, Grade A, trophy building which is going to be recognised as a beacon of sustainability, providing the environmental model for modern commercial developments to come.

Responsibilities for the role;

• Be competent in drafting and issuing Service Charge Budgets

• Being up to date with all H&S compliance and regulations to ensure the building is compliant

• Having in depth technical knowledge of both hard and soft FM services

• Overseeing reactive and PPM maintenance in the building, on both minor and larger scale works

• Providing a comprehensive property service for occupiers, looking for ways to add value and enhance the experience of those within the development.

Requirements for the role;

• Being IOSH or NEBOSH accredited

• Experience in managing multi-let commercial properties previously

• Having proven experience in management of both hard and soft FM staff

• Experience in drafting a SCB with multiple schedules
