Are you an Assistant Building Manager looking to make that step-up, or are you a Building Manager looking to work closer to home?
Cobalt have been instructed on a Building Manager position in the Chelmsford area, for one of the UK's most renowned office space specialists.
In this position where you will be supported to obtain the training and accreditation's relevant to the industry, you will be managing a multi-tenanted building of approximately 50,000 sq ft providing exceptional customer service to the tenants.
Responsibilities for the role;
Drafting, issuing and management of the Service Charge Budget
Managing both soft and hard FM services
Ensuring the building is complaint with latest H&S regulations
Overseeing both reactive and ppm works throughout the building.
Requirements for this role;
Being IOSH or NEBOSH accredited
Have proven experience of setting and managing a Service Charge Budget
Experience with working in a multi-tenanted environment
Have experience managing both soft and hard FM services
