Cobalt is working with one of the UK's most respected Landlords on a Building Manager position where you will manage a trophy asset which is circa 400,000 Sq ft of multi-tenanted commercial office space in the City Of London area.
Initially this is a 12-month FTC and is an exciting opportunity to get your foot on the ladder with an illustrious client-side brand and manage a grade A trophy asset which will open up many doors for you thereafter.
Key responsibilities will include;
Liaison with the visitors, tenants and their staff as required in all matters relating to efficient running of the building.
Procurement and tenders of all new contracts for both soft and hard FM services.
Ensuring the buildings are compliant with the UK Health & Safety legislation, whilst ensuring the buildings comply with ISO 14001 quality assurance.
Preparation of service charge budgets along with quarterly reconciliations.
Requirements for this role;
Be IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.
A good understanding of the current H&S regulations and ISO 14001
Experience in setting and managing service charge budgets.
Experience in managing commercial multi-tenanted buildings.
