Building Manager

Cobalt is seeking a Building Manager on behalf of one of the leading names in the property industry. You will be managing a state-of-the-art commercial asset in Hemel Hempstead.

We are looking for candidates with strong occupier engagement abilities, Fit-out project management, and experience managing multiple tenants.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Setting, managing, and reconciling service charge budgets, whilst tracking expenditure;

• Conducting regular inspections of the site to ensure it is free of any defects and instructing repairs where necessary;

• Providing a top-tier total FM service for tenants, developing lasting professional relationships with your occupiers;

• Working with the internal events team to ensure the creation of a vibrant atmosphere within the building;

• Promoting sustainability wherever possible.

• Managing contractors for both soft and hard services, helping to foster a one-team culture throughout the development;

Our client is seeking an individual with a track record in the management of commercial assets. An IOSH qualification is required for this role.
