Cobalt is seeking a top tier total FM professional to take charge of a Grade A mixed-use development in the City of London. Having recently undergone significant investment, this 120,000 sq ft asset is fully-fit for the purpose of providing a modern workspace that drives forward innovation, productivity, and wellness for your customers. Combining sleek urban design with green suburban garden space, this high-end property requires an equally high-end building manager to turn the vision into a reality and building a lasting customer experience within the blossoming community within this building.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure the building amenities are professionally managed to satisfy occupiers whilst delivering a welcoming environment and high service standards for stakeholders.

  • Promote occupier engagement and community building through meetings, green groups, and events.

  • Conduct regular contract meetings with suppliers, assessing performance and compliance via KPIs.

  • Oversee procurement and placement of goods/services

  • Manage demised services for occupiers opting for a managed solution model.

  • Assist in creating and managing Service Charge budgets, including ongoing account monitoring.

  • Ensure prompt attention to service/maintenance issues and keep all parties informed.

  • Ensure all property works meet health and safety standards with proper permits and controls.

  • Achieve and maintain ISO 45001 health and safety objectives.

  • Complete required professional and personal development training identified in reviews or appraisals.

You'll build upon your existing track record in managing commercial offices, by bringing energy and ideas to create a first-class FM experience. An IOSH is essential, with NEBOSH desired (although this can be provided by our client post-probation). Service charge experience is necessary.
