Building Manager - Birmingham

Salary: Up to £32,000

Cobalt have partnered with an extremely exciting client within the BTR space, who are actively seeking a Building Manager to join their team in Birmingham. This role would be primarily centred around overseeing our clients flagship site in the city, managing a small team.

The core responsibilities of this role include:

• Leading the on-site staff, aiding in the day to day running of each property and help with the development of staff
• Having oversite of the check in/check out processes for each development
• Managing relationships with the residents in each property, and dealing with any escalated issues
• Supporting the Head of London and working with them to implement and evolve processes
• Ensure that all team members uphold the highest standards of customer service
• Working with the regional facilities manager regarding the technical aspects of building maintenance
