Building Performance Analyst - Real Estate & Asset Management

The Company
Cobalt is delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's largest real estate asset managers. Our client is a prominent figure within the real estate, infrastructure, and corporate debt markets with over £30billion of assets within their portfolio, which is consistently growing by the day. The business is looking for an ambitious, highly analytical, and dynamic individual to support this growth working closely with various stakeholders within the business analysing asset performance.
Role responsibilities
Collate, check, and utilise Office and Retail sector data to ensure data consistency, completeness, and integrity
To Run semi and fully automated processes to refresh balanced scorecards for the Senior Building Performance Analyst, ensuring consistency and highlighting any exceptions to the automated process
Own the data source and distribution of retail turnover and performance data to support the retail sector team
To take ownership of the customer feedback/ survey tool in line with the wider business and to support the Business Performance Manager with new releases of the surveys
Undertake goal setting, planning, preparation, prioritisation, and time management to complete projects and hit the relevant deadlines
Role Requirements
Highly IT literate with a demonstrable track record in using advanced excel comfortably
Experience in preparing data new and existing data for reporting
Understanding of data analysis, business intelligence, and visualisation tools such as (Tableau/Power BI) would be advantageous
Must have a strong eye for detail and the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders
Candidates must have the ability to adhere to strict deadlines and can work within a fast-paced environment
