Mid-Level / Senior Building Surveyor - South-East London

Our client is a leading firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Advisors providing comprehensive coverage throughout South East London and Kent within commercial and residential property sectors.

Remuneration:

£40,000 - £80,000

This position will require you to have experience carrying out dilapidations, building surveys, home buyer reports, party wall matters, specific defect reports, re-instalment valuations and fire risk assessments. You will be overseeing projects up to £3M to completion within budget and to schedule; organising documents for tender and advice of appointing contractors and procurement routes. You will also be advising on the management and maintenance of buildings and dealing with planning applications.

Requirements:

• MRICS Chartered

• Negotiation, presentation and report writing skills

• Excellent written and oral communication

• Commercial awareness on behalf of the client

• Motivated and enthusiastic mindset

• A full driver's licence
