They specialize in managing residential properties to the highest standards, offering comprehensive services to property owners and residents alike. As a leader in the industry, they are expanding their team and seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to contribute to their continued success.

They are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Building Surveyor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and possess the technical expertise to oversee building surveys, inspections, and maintenance projects within their residential property portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed building surveys and inspections to assess the condition of residential properties.

  • Provide expert advice on maintenance and improvement projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Collaborate with property managers to develop and implement effective maintenance plans.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing survey findings, recommendations, and cost estimates.

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns regarding property condition and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or a related field is highly desired

  • Proven experience as a Building Surveyor with a focus on residential properties.

  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, health and safety standards, and relevant legislation.

  • Exposure to Major works processes

  • Previous experience in property management is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • RICS or CIOB accreditation is a plus.
