Cobalt is currently supporting a robust and successful Real Estate Agency based in South London who are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join their successful team.
Key Responsibilities:
As a business analyst you will be the communicator between the business and external software developers
You will have a strong understanding of business needs and be able translate those accordingly to the relevant parties
Conduct analysis of business processes and be able to advise where improvements or system changes can be made
Facilitate and manage change request process based on current and future business requirements
Work closely with software developers in order to create effective solutions
Be responsible for testing and delivering enhancements into the business
Personal Specifications:
Previous experience working in UK property market or Proptech sector
Able to elicit and understand complex objectives and assumptions from users
Scrum master of Agile method
Governance of sign off process
Experience compiling detailed specification & briefing documents
Understanding of database and systems management
