Lettings and Sales Business Development and Valuer

Salary: OTE £50-60k

Our client - a friendly, agile independent in Marylebone and part of a larger, international organisation are looking for an experienced Sales and/or Lettings expert who wants to focus on business development. You will be working autonomously with excellent support and tools to attract and onboard new clients, conduct and win appraisals and motivate the team to achieve results.

The Role:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients

  • Using various tools to source potential instructions

  • Converting enquiries into market appraisals

  • Conducting appraisals, providing comparables and negotiating fees

  • Winning instructions and onboarding properties to market

  • Being proactive to spot opportunities, network and introduce new marketing and business development initiatives

  • Advising team of new instructions and motivating to generate activity and offers

  • Flexibility to be as involved in the full sales process as preferred

  • Managing own diary and reporting to evaluate performance and targets

You will be:

  • An excellent negotiator and rapport-builder

  • Very self-motivated with lots of initiative

  • Proactive, able to spot and create opportunities

  • Tenacious and driven to achieve results, hit targets, and actively help drive the office forward

  • Be a confident communicator with fantastic listening skills
