Centre Manager - 73304

Having just promoted the incumbent into a more senior role, our client is now looking for another Centre Manager to invest in and develop within their award-winning business. This role is to lead a bustling, mixed-use, retail-led development in Salisbury, helping to provide a quality FM service for occupiers within the estate, in a beautiful river-side location.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting your Facilities Manager in providing a top tier total FM service within the development working alongside the FM and surveyors;

• Ensuring full compliance with UK H&S legislation;

• Managing the work of on-site service providers for front of house and security, as well as M&E engineers where necessary;

• Assisting with the management of service charge budgets;

• Overseeing fit-outs for new retailers, as well as managing the planned preventative maintenance programme for building plant and fabric.

Our client is looking for a switched-on individual who has a foundation of knowledge in on-site facilities management, either as an Assistant, or Building Manager from a similar sized property or smaller, and who is looking to continue their FM journey by taking ownership of their own development with the support and mentorship of an established business. An IOSH qualification is essential.
