Cobalt is partnering with one of the Real Estate industry's most recognised names for Investment and Property Management.
The business is looking for a Client Accountant to join the Accounts Team to handle the Client and Service Charge Accounting investors, developers, and occupiers.
Key Responsibilities
Completing Tenant and Balance reconciliations.
Producing Client reports both standard and bespoke reports.
Producing Month-end journals including prepayments and accruals.
Completing Year-end service charge accounts and preparing lease completion statements.
Raising periodic rent, service charge, and other ad-hoc demands.
Liaising with tenants, landlords, and surveyors regarding any queries.
About You
Previous experience working in a similar position as a Client or Service Charge Accountant.
Experience using a Property Management Accounts software such as TRAMPS/Yardi/MRI/Qube.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong attention to detail.
