An excellent opportunity to join a leading property investment company with a fantastic reputation in the market that specialises in providing clients with buy to let properties on developments across the UK. The ideal individual will have an understanding of the new home sales industry and will be joining a growing company that is extremely well-positioned to source the best investment stock in the market.
Managing the after-sales division of the company
Providing exceptional and market-leading customer service
Coordinating the progression of new home sales from reservation, through to exchange and completion within the necessary time frames
Liaising with buyers/investors, developer points of contact, solicitors and mortgage advisors
Leading the communication between buyers and developers
Providing support to the directors as necessary
Successfully working towards targets and KPIs
Previous experience in a property sales/progression role
Able to quickly build rapport and relationships with clients, the team and developers
Strong focus on offering outstanding customer service
Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
Able to work well as part of a small but growing team
Strong organisational and administration skills
Able to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
Excellent IT skills
Basic salary £25,000
Commission OTE £45,000
