Client Side - Commercial Junior Property Manager

Cobalt are currently supporting a client-side boutique development company based in London, to appoint a Junior Surveyor within their Commercial Property Management team.

Your daily responsibilities include reporting into the Commercial Team Manager and assisting with rent collection and service charge management. You will also be overseeing and working on reactive maintenance matters including contracted and cyclical maintenance.

This role will allow you to develop your Landlord and Tenant knowledge and allow you to gain experience across multiple asset classes such as office, industrial, retail and luxury residential apartments/flats.

This role is ideal for a Graduate, Apprentice or Junior Surveyor that is seeking to specialise within Property Management and Lease Advisory.

Salary between £30,000 - £45.000 (dependent on experience)
