I am currently partnering with an exciting City Centre-based Commercial Property company that is looking for an Associate Director to join the team. Their portfolio consists of pioneering office space across the city centre and wider Greater Manchester/ Northwest region. You will be an integral part of a growing team, bringing ideas to the table, and working across two very distinct portfolios.
You will take responsibility and ownership of the service charge budget expenditure for several buildings within the portfolio. You will be a subject matter expert, looking at how to refine systems, processes, and procedures.
You will prepare service charge budgets, reconcile in accordance with best practice, and carry out audits to ensure everything is running as efficiently as possible.
Supporting the Regional Director, you will work closely with the Property & Asset Management team, supporting with all aspects of service change management, whilst also focusing on special projects including the onboarding of new assets/developments.
The Right Person:
A commercially led Property Manager, you will have a proven track record in the management, setting and analysis of service charge budgets and expenditures, and be confident in your abilities.
You will understand the importance of building relationships with tenants and internal / external teams.
Experience of working with joint venture partners and investment acquisitions would also be advantageous.
