Assistant Property Manager,

Client-side, based Warrington.

An exciting opportunity has come up for an entry level, client-side Assistant Property Management role based in the Warrington area. Some previous experience or knowledge of Property Management would be useful, however your attitude and willingness to learn is key! Full training and support is available for the successful candidate.

In this role you will be part of a team working on a mixed commercial investment portfolio, where you will be responsible for:

• Tenancy management

• Property & Service charge management

• Insurance

• Maintenance / Projects

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong management and communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail with a strong work ethic

• Some knowledge of lease management, lease renewals and variations
