Commercial Agency Surveyor (Senior - Asso Director)

A market leading Commercial Real Estate firm are seeking a Senior Surveyor to Associate Director level Commercial Agent to join their team based in East London.

Their commercial agency team works on behalf of leading industrial and business space clients, conducting lease and development work across London, Hertfordshire and Essex.

Key Commercial Agency requirements:

• Degree qualified in Real Estate.

• Member of RICS.

• Previous commercial agency experience is essential.

• Experience working across the industrial market is advantageous.

• Ability to source and win new instructions.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Salary is from £45,000 - £70,000 per annum plus bonus.
