Commercial Finance Analyst

£60,000-£65,000

A Commercial Finance Analyst is needed for a Global Real Estate Developer to support them with their large development project. This role will play an integral part in ensuring the project runs smoothly from a commercial/project finance perspective.

Key duties include:

  • Play a key role in the development of the overall strategic direction of the project

  • Oversee project and investment models

  • Advise on financial risks and opportunities

  • Review funding proposals and advise on commercial risks and impacts

  • Ownership of the business plans

  • Ensure tracking against the budget

  • Continuously driving change and improvement

  • Review sales performance and recommend change

  • Support management of multiple internal/external stakeholders

Key requirements:

  • Qualified CFA/ACCA/ ACA/CIMA or equivalent

  • Previous real estate development experience

  • Knowledge of JV deal structures

  • Very strong Excel/ modelling skills
